here is a good place to start.. it's all about the pf tek.. which is where you are most likely going to want to start.

here is some info on grow chambers and grow rooms. I would definately look into
perlite for humidifying that chamber. But i would definately leave a few jars for the
invitro tek.. to assure success. check out the
archives in general for all your growing needs.. one could spend a lifetime in there and still learn something at the end of it all. i do believe a vendor here, triple helix maybe, they sell premade pf jars. even tho for some reason when i click on the sponsors nothing comes up... hrrmmph.
