matt, it sounds like the teeth marks are some result of a parasomnia. it might be a good idea to become more aware of your dreams and become lucid more often just so you can be sure to have peaceful dreams.. whenever you find yourself lucid be sure to do peaceful things.. i only say this as a caution because it seems like you may have a slightly inhibited sleep paralysis thing going on.. its rare. most lucid dreams happen in REM sleep while most parasomnias take place in non-REM sleep or "delta" sleep. so just to be safe dont go fighting wild cats in your lucid dreams. but if you need any help getting lucid let me know i've learned lots of good tricks.
