ive heard you can get arrested for a dui with alcohol, and if the copper suspects your stoned on herb, he can require you to take a piss test at the station, and whether or not you were smoking that night or nights before, if the herb shows up on the test they can also nail you for driving under the influence of marijuana also..even if you weren't smoking the night of the arrest.. |
