Cleanjar, I don't think that they can give you two duis for driving at the same time. But who knows? I certainly don't want to find out first hand

1dumbmyco...yes officers discretion is right. There was someone in my dui class that only had a .o5 bac, but still got a dui even though the legal limit is .08, because the officer said they were impaired after they failed the sobriety test. Anything can get you a dui.
