That's the thing, is this article opens up a lot of things - it's ionized gas taht carries an electrical charge, but if it's an ionized gas, that makes it a chemical or biological weapon, doesn't it? But I guess it's just the brown countries we don't want developing those. Anyway, I think they need to switch to sonic pulse weapons - knock people into next week with a soundwave. |
