but do we really want a president on the rag when a major decision has to be made?

that's just silly, rodger.
for one thing,
a woman on her period can't be much worse
than a president with a hard-on for young interns.
second, and more significant,
by the time a woman gets old enough to win
a presidential election,
odds heavily favor her being post-menopausal.
hillary certainly is.
furthermore,
this is the year 2004,
a woman's period can be stopped
by a simple injection of birth control hormone,
my wife is only 24 and hasn't had a period in years, and won't,
as long as she keeps taking her shots.
so that's pretty much a moot point.
