Ok here it is, the long awaited Alkie's revolution tek. It's a revolutionary revolution tek...and it's extremely easy.

1 - Don't vote.
2 - Put up at least one paper a day advocating your state's emancitpation. Continue for at least a month before moving to step 3.

(month going by...)

3 - Start posting banners announcing that you're running for president of your new country.
4 - Incubate for a week...and VOILA!!!!

(this only works if you live in a state...)
((I will know that you all hate me if in a month this world has not changed drastically via "Alkie's Revolution Tek"))
