| The fact that he got arrested for possession while defending his home from robbers is BS, the sentencing however...I dunno, at least they gave the guy a choice. I feel it might even be a good idea. Think about it, you get busted for possession of a large amount of whatever and they find you guilty...they then give you a choice, lengthy prison sentence or the option to join the military. If there is someone so opposed to the military they'd rather go to jail, they can. If they want to avoid prison by whatever means possible, they can. Sure, it is the military and I hear it really blows, but at least it's a choice. |
