| ~I know that in some states, such as Arizona, if a person breaks in your house and you FEEL threatened you can shoot them. Any decent lawyer will be able to convince a jury that you felt like your life is endangered. I have spoken with several lawyers about this and they all told me that if I did kill someone who broke into my home, given you did not shoot them 8 times and reload, you would spend no jail time.
