I was thinking you could get government grants or some such. Interesting. When I first read this I thought it meant growing mushrooms ON handicapped people. You could always make handicapped people but it might make it tough to get them to work for you  . Now the homeless people running around parts of my town in my ex-girlfriends' clothes come to mind...
