I have a reoccurring Muscle spasm/pinched nerve thing that bothers me to no end lately. I went to the doctor, who just referred me on to a specialist and prescribed me Flexeril. When I take that shit I can't even keep awake. I don't like it. So I'm trying to find a natural muscle relaxer that won't put me down and out. When I try to Google it I get waaaayyyy too much info and the majority is bullshit statements by merchants touting their products.
Can anyone here put me on the right track? I would really appreciate it.

Please don't say cannabis, I'm already trying that.
It only helps so much.
