To get moclobemide, go to you doctor and say you are depressed cos of your back. As specifically for it because you feel it is safer than the ssri antidepressants like prozac, which I think is true and reasonable to say. ssri's and tricyclics are front line treatment, and moc is only given if ssri's etc don't work. But you should get it if you emphasise that you have read up on ssri's and tricyclic shit-pills and feel they are useless/dangerous/too many side effects.
