okay guys i've been real busy and have been missing out, the board looks good.

for soreness when working out try creatine monohydrate, it flushes the muscle tissue with water and will allow the lactic acid build up to wash out, and also a muscle tonic for general relaxation is wild yam root, i've used it in conjunction with creatine monohydrate, tiger balm and epsom baths, works good.
