I use both MH and HPS during flowering.

MH uses more of the light spectrum focusing on the blues , HPS uses less of the light spectrum and focuses on red. using the same amount of wattage, an HPS will give more lumens than a MH. the son agro operate on the hps red spectrum, but have some blue spectrum added.
