definately. how can you observe a particular tone when communicating online? you cant because sarcasm is emitted vocally. so online, it is just an annoying impulsive remark usually in response to something irritating.
Impulsive behavior is in fact immature or rather disrespectful, or both. Being impulsibve you obviously don't think before you do so thus offending and disrespecting the general public happens and sometimes is done on purpose. but do those who disrespect or have no concern for the public, they dont deserve it back correct? or do they deserve it, they just need help to prove that the world is decent enough to respect stilll.
