PS: democrat means that the people has got the last word.

My answer: France
Why? About everybody striked against the new workingcontract. (you can still be fired without reason after 3 years). France sends soldiers to help people in foreign country, you don't expect it but France has got a rather small but VERY specialised army.

So what do you think?
