| Cremo-Agar
Hello all, in this post i'll translate to you a tek of mycelium culture made by myself, it works very good, i hope you find something that can substitute the cremogema that i use in this experience.
Whats cremogema??
Cremogema is a cheap baby food found in brazilian supermarkets, here is its nutrients list:
Carboidrates - 20g
Iron ----------6,0 mg
zinc ----------3,0mg
Vitamin A ------254mcg
Vitamin B1 -----0,51mg
Vitamin B3 -----6,8mg
Vitamin B6 -----0,55mg
Vitamin B12 ----1,0mcg
Vitamin C -------19,0mg
Folic Acid ------169,0mcg
The psilo's cremoagar tek
Ingredients
15g of agar agar
20g of cremogema
500ml of mineral water
Making it
- Take a small jelly cup and put 25ml of water into it.
- Warm the water in the microwave for 20seconds.
- Add the cremogema and the agar to the water.
- Put the cup in the microwave again.
- Turn it on until start to boil.
- When boil quiqly turn it off and wait 5 seconds.
- Turn on again until boil.
- Turn it off when boil and put more 3 minutes in the 20% potency. This will make it not boil anymore but will keep the tempereture.
- When the time is finished open the microwave door and cover the jelly cup with tin foil.
- Let it cool.
- When the culture is all coolled you can inoculate the spores.
- Take you seryngue and inoculate two or tree drops of spore solution.
- Take the tin foil off and cover with a plastic one.
- Put it on 29-30ºC (84-86ºF).
- In two or tree days it may begins to germinate.
