Adding a pinch of gypsum to the recipe helps with breaking up the grain during shaking, in case you wait too long and let it get tenacious.

My favorite shake-assist tool is a five-gallon bucket upside down on the floor with a large folded towel on it. I hold the jar by the neck, just under the lid, while wearing a leather glove and smack it on the edge of the bucket (which is covered with that towel), trying to hit it perfectly flat (horizontal). After the initial clumps have busted up (five or six whacks, average) I switch to regular old shaking, and only shake once. I've had a few jars break while shaking, so that's why I only hold them by the neck and wear a glove (I live alone and don't want to have to drive myself to the ER while bleeding profusely). I also set my bucket on a big piece of plastic to catch any messes from a busted jar. The bucket w/towel is also my lab chair...cheap and easy to keep real clean.

FuzzyLogic: nice big clean space ya got there...looks ambitious.I don't know how much of that room you intend to fill on this run, but I'd recommend getting a few solid smaller-scale successes under your belt before trying to max out that much space. It can save you a lot of wasted effort if something goes wrong. Unfamiliar methods, less-experienced growers, and Hidden Variables have a way of thwarting plans. That can dampen enthusiasm for the hobby at least, or massively contaminate a house at worst (this comes from my own hard-won experience). Also, you could transfer your spawn to only 4 or 5 jars instead of 10-15, which will make them colonize that much faster and get you a harvest that much sooner...AND, watch out for thermogenesis...85 degree air in the box means a lot hotter in the jars as colonization progresses. I used to push the temp. envelope after seeing that graph in Stamet's book showing max growth of cubensis at 86 degrees, but now I incubate at about 75, which means probably close to 86 inside the jar. Good luck!
