Hey thanks TVcasualty for the info > I got them incubating at 83 deg.
I heard that they are about 2-3 deg. warmer than the ambient temp. ,in that case ill bring it down a couple deg. to be safe. I read in statement's book he says that MYC. dies at 104 deg. So higher temps may be worse for other reasons than easier contams in the jar? So far ive only lost 4 or 5 jars to contams out of 150 or so. Maybe it helps to be clean

and work out of a glove box even tho it sucks and never enough room.
