CBlackOil > my shakin way is to grab the neck of the jar with clean
towel or gloves and bang against a clean phonebook on a countertop
or desk being careful not to beat the Myc into a Coma then shake around so there is no Myc seen. It might also be shaking at the right time so there is not too much myc and getting your water content right. Take this with the biggest clump of salt tho, all this w-BS info is from the Vaults and this first try with WBS but so far I am in LOVE L-U-V
