Standard mix, no manure. Brf, verm, water.
The rice I've found DOES make a difference. So far, this latest rice, is the best I've found, making my mushies HUGE.

www.bulkfoods.com and ground it myself. I have tried Stop n Shop brand and that stuff grew some of the smallest fruits I've ever gotten. America's Choice works quite well, but not as good as this new stuff.
The verm put in the cakes varies from either fine or medium, both seem to give equal results for me.
And dunking to hydrate.
