| I've stuck a lot of mushies in honey, but they never lasted much more than a couple of months at the most (and that jar got forgotten about!).
A question though...you should cook garlic before keeping it in oil? I'm sorry if that sounds stupid, but I pretty much always have a bottle of olive oil in the fridge with two or three heads of squashed garlic in it. Sometimes with balsamic vinegar, sometimes just the oil (I love to sautee with it).
Again, not to sound stupid, but that is a bad idea? |
