If it works why wouldn't you do this over and over ? Seems like once you get started it cuts out the need to grow spawn on grain or cakes or whatever ? If you want to keep a strain for later experimentation save a nice healthy piece of sub, dry it out and save t til later ? just thinkin out loud at 2 AM.....
