materials:
plastic lids
grey butyl rubber stoppers
drill with 1/2" spade
silicone II and caulk gun
tyvek or other breathable material

steps

1. Drill hole between centre and edge of lid.

2.Place a ring of caulk around the hole on both sides

3.Insert stopper into hole, make sure there are no air spaces or leaks.

4.Drill 2nd hole 180 degres from the first hole (on the other side)

5.Place a ring of caulk around the ring on the inside

6. Attach a precut peice of tyvek and put more caulk around the edge overlaping the tyvek.
