| Yea I think it's by law they can't say anything because of Doctor/patient confidentiality. I think your friend would be fine as long as he didn't go to the doctor with any drugs on him, because he already took them it's to late to get into any trouble now. His main concern should be his own safety and health. Tell him to go see a doctor as soon as he can. |
