I'm NOT doubting this as a spiritual awakening- one I am desperate to find....
But are you sure your not experiencing the first signs of being being bipolar or having some type of break from reality? Don't just dismiss this... How old are you- if you don't mind me asking? I don't mean to cast doubt in life, but you ought to be aware of all possibilities. If a client came to me and said:

I have OEV's quite often these days.
I can see energy flowing from the walls and I see spirits all the time. I see energy coming from my hands like cristiline sparks.... Some times it feels like too much to bare.
I get really high on absolutely nothing. I have to protect my self.... the problem is that I have these episodes of major ups and then comes the downs....
I am kinda scared of loosing myself in it. It is very pretty and I love it but I fear it may strike me down.
