Learn to focus. Go as Zen as you can imagine.
Find disconnection and you wil find connection.
2 hours of yoga a day would help you to see some amazing things. Learning to meditate for more than 30 minutes at a strech is also an excellent goal.

Mental health is a state of mind. Insanity, like addiction, is only a real problem if it keeps you from getting to work tomorrow. |
