This is Jimdillow/Flatalbert's Mexicana tek, with a few ideas from Stephen Pollock and AtomHeart. I was lucky to find the Jalisco when I was in Mexico. It is the most "true to nature" looking mexicana when cultivated in a lab.

First buy a 10 pound bag of brown rice and quart jars from Wal-Mart. Boil water in a large, 2/3 full pot and Fill the pot full, but not to the rim because the rice will expand. Cover it and let it cool overnight.

In the morning, dump the rice into a strainer and let drip dry for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix hydrated rice with tiny bits of vermiculite until it clumps slightly more than a PF cake. When you feel the mixture with the back of your hand, it should feel damp, but not wet.

Poke a hole in the lids with a nail and hammer. Spoon this mixture into quart jars, screw on the lid, and cover with foil. The rubber side of the lid can be either up or down.

PC for 2 hours at 15 PSI.

When it is complete cool, flame sterilize your spore shooter and put 1cc in the jar. It doesn't take much. The mycelium is pretty aggressive.

Put into a dark cupboard for 3 months. This will give ample time for sclerotia to form with either the A, B, or Jalisco strain. The nuggets should be dark brown, and you may see some dark brown or black goo or leachate from digested nutrients in the jar.

Sift through the substrate with CLEAN hands and pull out the stones, saving the colonized rice. These are your philosopher's stones.

Now case the remaining colonized substrate. Flatty prefers moisture plus peat, mixed with lime. He doesn't sterilize, just adds 10:1 water/peroxide. Add a 1/4" casing layer and place it in the humidity chamber. It is going to need light and 6+ air exchanges a day to fruit. It likes warmer temps to fruit too. Fruits will form in a couple of weeks.

The dosage of fruits is comparable to pans. The dosage of philosopher's stones are 1/3 of cubensis by weight and they need to be ground to be digested, lest they pass through the digestive system.

Enjoy.
