| humm.. i was in the states a few years before the collasp of nam, and was getting mails from my late father monthly, all my mails from overseas were always open and stamped clearly that the government had done it and i was only 7 yrs old.
however these days terrorism has cause the ways and means of living in freedom and privacy a bit harder even here.
