| A 300 seed dose for me is a really strong trip; 200 or 250 are nice too. I just finely ground in a blender, let soak in room temperature water for 30 minutes, filter solids through coffee filter, and drink the water. It's almost sure that you will get a bad nausea spell, and good chances you'll throw up, although; I never have, myself and I've only really been that nauseas on higher doses. My friends have thrown up though. And if you throw up too early you might not trip. I'd say after 30 minutes you should be good. Nausea usually fades after around 40 minutes to an hour.
I hear that soaking the ground seeds in a little wine for 24 hours then drinking helps eliminate the nausea a lot—something about the natural alcohol, maybe? I want to try this way next time I have both wine and seeds. |
