| I like to add some ascorbic acid crystals to the ground mush/everclear..
Keep at room temp in a dark place n' shake occasionally...
In 24 hrs about 30% will have been extracted but takes much longer to get the maximum of 80% ...3 weeks should be plenty..
I like to filter through a handkerchief first as it allows you to really squeeze out the remaining juice ,,also pour a bit of extra everclear through to wash out the last bit of magic..
You can filter again through a finer mesh to clarify... |
