| Hard to really say what is normal for your first time. Most of the beginning will be hard to distinguish from placebo. You should be very certain by 2 hours.
Once it kicks in, you won't be wondering, don't worry...
If something gets annoying, stop doing it and go do something else.
If you can't find something, quit looking for it.
If you get totally wigged, close your eyes and concentrate on breathing. If you can count 10 breaths with your eyes closed, I guarantee things will feel TOTALLY different when you open them.
