I've never extracted freshies - not sure how that'll work out, as there's lots of water in fresh shroom, but I imagine it'll still have a similar effect?
Evaporating the final product down will be strange, as the everclear will evap faster than the water from the fresh shroom, leaving you with ? not sure what you'll be left with there...
I store mine in the freezer. If you have a large water content at the end, yours may freeze though, hard to say... let us know how that turns out!
