The one cake that was Incubated on the PC Monitor is in a clone tray lined with Orchid Pellets,That and another cake incubated in a chicken Incubator are in that together. Wasn't sure about the chicken incubator and how well it would work,but it works fine.The main grow chamber is a large Rubbermaid,around 50-60 L or so. There is a piece of plexi glass on lid. Inside is lined with perlite,a piece of wire mesh sits on the perlite and cakes in plastic lids sit on mesh.An Ultrasonic Humidifier and a Cool Mist for humidity.The Ultrasonic runs through a series of tubes and pop bottles before it goes into chamber I guess this diffuses the vapour a bit?, it's on a timer which runs for 15 mins every two hours on the lowest setting,The cool mist is connected to the chamber by about five feet of 3/4''tube that runs on a slight angle from the floor up so it has to climb,and also allows water to drip back down into the humidifier.Also on timer runs 1/2 hour on 1/2 hour off .Both humidifiers are attached to a two way splitter inside chamber ,Top is coolmist ,bottom Ultrasonic.As for what the humidity is inside,not really sure,have three guage's with three readings, know its between 80 and 100 A good one is needed i guess.The temp is anywhere between 65 to 75,depending on outside temps and time of day,night time cooler .There are two air pumps with bubble wands under the perlite,both pumps in container with filter. For ligting two agrosun full spectrum 20 watt flouresent ,hung about 5 feet above seems to do the trick.Light is on a 12on12off timer.Provide air exchange with lid.All is in a walk in closet,plastic all around,Built a 6x6 room inside the bedroom off of this closet for my workspace,Glovebox,Incubator setup,table and chair inside,plastic all around as well.a few layers of plastic was used for door into closet and into the room itself.the rest of the bedroom outside of the box is also all cleaned ,no carpets and plastic all around.use of Hepa air filters in both,run sometimes....
