this is no elitist club,
we do work,
and we don't discriminate against
newbies.
in fact,
i like newbies best.
pros are far too often
very opinionated,
with inflated egos.
i've tossed many such
out on their arses
for being nasty to newbies.
newbies are the lifeblood of our community,
when they stop coming
