there are what are called thresholds for listed or watched chems
if youm buy more than a certain amount
and it can be cucmulative
then you must provide documentation (drivers license etc) to obtain hte chem

meaning you need a license to own them
remember soem chems have a threshold of ZERO
meaning that ANY amount to be purchased requires
