I have had some in the freezer for over 6mo. no loss in potency (that i can tell) I love this recipe I use it on any thing I don't eat fresh. I do make one with Gingko and one without too many folks taking wellbutrin and the like NO Gingko for them.
I scoop teaspoons into parchment paper after it has set-up some and twist them like candy and in to a jar in the deep freeze they go. I just grab the dosage I want and go, no worries!
