humidity is bad for flowering plants. it causes mold aka bud rot. your fine for now because you have no buds, but you need ventilation.
get those pc fans. the exaust fan blowing air out will obviously make a big hole in your box. so take a card board box, about the size of a book. cut a hole the same size as a pc fan and have the fan blowing air from your grow box into the card board box (duct tape is your friend) now make a hole in the bottom of the box towards the floor so the fan has a place to blow the hot air out at. this will direct light down so it wont be like a big hole in your box. this is called a light baffle.
im not sure how your going to incorporate this with your light proof bags. their a great idea but its not logical to put your whole box inside (cuts off all ventilation hence all the condensation). i'd take some good glue and line the inside of the box with that thick plastic. sorta cut them up and cover every wall. maybe use some thumb tacks?
