| I'm not a big chatter but....
I am not the biggest chatter, I pop in once in a while but I think chat is great because it has gotten me answers to problems that I needed at that moment. Like when my friend put freshies in the fridge and they froze and turned black, I didn't know if they were ok to eat or not, and I got solid info so quickly, it was great.
But from the times that I was in chat. It seemed like about half of the time there was someone who wanted to start shit with someone, just for the sake of drama I suppose. I just don't get it. I guess being behind a handle and avatar gives some people the need to be immature and vulgar. I love this site, mostly because people really seem mature and are here for the common cause, but with anything there are those who come along that want to destroy it.
I think this policy is a damn good idea. No one is going to donate and then act like a fool. It just sucks that its probably only 1% or so that can ruin the fun for all the rest of us. |
