| Yes , it should be easy to go directly to extract with fresh shrooms ..You could put 400g in a blender with a pint and half water , then just go long enough to chop , not liquify..
This way they'll be easier to filter and leave a cleaner product..
That would certainly save the hassle of drying first..I haven't tried with fresh but it should work ... |
