| I don't recommend using fresh mushrooms for anything that is going to be stored for too long. Anything over a day or 2 and the potency is terrible. I guess if you handled it like rocket fuel, then you would be a lot better off. Dry mushrooms are really the way to go with teas, juices and stuff like this more than likely. The problem with fresh fungus is that it oxidizes to damn easy and is vulnerable to heat.
