nukes don't 'go off' if blown up or damaged,
it has to be in working order for a fission reaction
to go supercritical,
the littlest error would render it a 'dud'.
the biggest concern would be
the possible spread of the uranium/plutonium
in the warhead,
and that would depend on the munition
used to take out the nuke.

iran does not have working nuclear weapons yet.
