its fantastic , i take the extracted rue salts and spice .
the first few sessions were tough but then something changes , even though I might cry , shit or puke I can say that I have never felt something so wonderful in my life.
even the puking is great , its like projectile and I always feel good when its happening and even better when its over.
I believe in God now , before in an opiated daze i wasnt sure. but now I know that I dont need that stuff and I feel so much better without it.
at the peak of a large dose I cant even describe it , it feels like my face is rippling and sometimes my teeth kinda chatter but strange and wonderful sounds come out.
Oh and no i dont think you eat the bark.
