Hey guys

Alright so on the 16th of this month I got a syringe of B+ spores (how is the trip from those by the way?) and immediately made a liquid culture with Organic Honey in a (now I realize, waaay too big) pint jar. On the 19th I innoculated 11 pint jars, two half pints and a little quarter pint jar (hey, I had the extra jars and enough BRF and Vermiculite) with the remaining 9 cc's from my syringe and from the burgeoning LC that I made.
Now, four days later all of my jars are showing growth and I am stoked. The jars all have four holes in the lid and a piece of that pourus "paper" tape (that medical breathable tape) over each hole.
Now, today I decided I wanted to experiment to possibly speed up colonization (newbie over-ambition, I know). I sprayed down my bathroom with lysol and brought in the two half pints and the quarter pint and my LC. I sucked up some isopropyl alcohol into the syringe, shook it up and then rinsed with hot water. I then shook up my LC and sucked up ten CC's of the LC and proceeded to innoculate each half pint jar with 2 cc's in two of the four holes that had not been innoculated in their respective lids, and then like one or two cc's in the un-innoculated lid of the half-pinter.
Ok so my concerns are these : While the room was fairly clean and I ran the rubbing alcohol through the needle and into the syringe chamber, I didn't flame the needle at all between the jars. I didn't flame the needle once. It just slipped my mind...really dumb newb mistake. Also I didn't re-cover the lids holes with tape as I've heard they don't need it anyway.
I'm concerned that I not only may have contaminated these jars, but perhaps also put too much LC in the jars.
My question is, has anyone ever made sloppy mistakes like this and still gotten results? It's not a huge deal if I loose these three since I have eleven pint jars (I know, I know I should have used half pinters so the colonization wouldn't take a million years) that are looking good and are on their way. Still it would be cool to get some fruits a little sooner since my birthday is coming up in a few weeks.
thanks guys.
