I peel the eggs and cut them in half, then drop all of the yokes into a zip lock bag. Squirt in a bunch of spicey brown mustard, pinch of salt, a little finely ground black pepper and then the mayo. Seal the zip lock and then squishy squish! Work that stuff around till it's well mixed. (This would be fun for kids!) Do a taste test to make sure it's ok and add anything if necessary. Then snip off a corner of the bag and squeeze the mixture out back into the eggs. You can use a pastry tip to make it look nicer (for a party or whatever) but not necessary. sprinkle with a bit of cayenne pepper and paprika and throw the ziplock bag away. Done!  |
I like that tek! Very simple and cleanliness... better than messing up a bowl and making a bigger mess... I love deviled eggs.. Simply LOVE em
