Seems to me that a gift of illegal narcotics only needs a plastic baggie for decor, although
I have been known to give away satchels decorated with a blue 10mg valium in one corner, just
'cause I got so much class
I'm no Martha Stewart, but I'd wait until after they dry - whatever you put on there will fall off as they shrinky dink, IMO.
What an odd question... this is still tickling me... why would you want to decorate shrooms?
Ah well, each to their own. Make sure it's edible, no glitter ... sprinkles? DMT crystals?
Maybe paint on different colored food coloring? Invite your buddy to eat an eighth, and then PICTURE
some neato decorations?
