I dont fully understand your question. Are you asking if it is ok to do a TiT for a fruiting chamber?
If that is the question then yes. It may however make the RH shoot up too high. Fanning will take care of this. However if you are using the TiT to incubate you may want to drop temps a bit in order to fruit if you use the same TiT.
If your house isnt too cold you could just do a mono tub with perlite and fan it a few times a day. That way you can keep jars colonizing in the incubator and also have some fruiting in your terreruim. Kinda like a never ending cycle of life.
