can't tell you for sure, but I've heard that LC's in the fridge can last a few months. If anything, I'm sure you could innoc other LCs with it and increase its lifespan for a little longer.

EDIT: If you decide to extend its life like that, I suggest doing a test jar to make sure it's a clean and healthy lc.
