give them a little air now and then
as well as light from day 1 as the tek specifies
and i can almost guaranty pins in 3-4 weeks
from multispore inoculation.
with exceptions for rare genetic variants,
like PE -took forever to pin invitro-
so as always having a good isolate that
performs well invitro is
the first step to fast, reliable invitro growing.
