This is the second time though!
I really wish i'd tried those slippery jacks, but they were always kind of old and leathery looking. How do you cook them, hyph? There were some other mushrooms in the market but i forgot to take my camera with me a lot. I think i have some pics from last year's trip of some growing in the wild too, have to look for those.
Australia is a great place to visit! And live for that matter. The produce, meat and eggs are unbelievable. It made me realize how over hormone and chemical laden everything here really is unless you buy organic. The people are laid back and friendly, the cities are clean and metropolitan. Definitely get yourself down under at least once!
I wonder if they have cactus cooler?
